Control Hair loss due to improper diet / Malnutrition.

        

Female hair loss is one of the most feared conditions. One which most overlooked reasons for the loss of hair has to do defects with malnutrition. In this article, we go beyond the problems of a hair dilute condition and how focus on the diet and eating plan can help.
While many health experts believe that the condition is considered a problem only in the cosmetic purposes, it also votes to, that hair thinning sometimes based on a symptom of another, more serious condition. I would recommend to have a balanced diet inorder to avoid such conditions.We should be careful enough about our diet to be prevented from maltnutrition

1.Dates:Dates are rich in several Vitamins , minerals and Fiber too,they contain iron which helps in increasing the bloodflow and makes the root of you hairs stronger and healthier.

 2. BeetRoot : BeetRoot has been shown to increase the level of anti-oxidant enzyme in body,as well as it increases the level of wbc(white blood cells),these properties help in increasing the quality level of the blood and enhances proper bloodflow in scalp making hairs stronger.

Malnutrition can be avoided if its at a small scale by drinking Spinach juice dialy because it contains lots of iron in it,it prevents iron deficency,You should drink butter milk .Eat fruits and vegetables .Be healthy and prevent hair fall.
