Simple method to grow Healthy hairs.

              Does your small hairs make you feel ashamed? Facing frequent Hair falls?  This really affects your confidence and also increases your stress level. I have mentioned certains steps which could help you get your natural hairs back without using much allergic crap medicine stuffs & without spending your thousands of dollars for your treatment. There are certain steps to make your hair healthy, long and beautiful because hair ultimately adds up to your looks.These are some simple steps :

1. Take care of your hair, How?

             Don't subject your hair to frequent, constant heating and drying procedures. Heat weakens hair proteins, no matter the gimmicks promising softness and shine, and constant heating and drying can lead to brittleness and fragility that causes hair loss that would not have occurred otherwise. Minimize the usage of hair dryers, hot curlers, hot brushes, hair straighteners, hair fasteners, and chemical treatments and your hair will last longer.And watch where you put those heated tools; burned scalps can permanently damage hair folliclesUltimately, natural drying is best for you hair, so aim to dry it naturally more often than drying it with heat.

Note : Slow down on the dyeing. Never colour your hair more often than 6 to 8 weeks and try for semi-coverage rather than full dyeing. When it comes to going grey, it's a lot kinder to your hair to let it turn grey than to dye it. While there are a lot of well-meaning comments about not needing to look older than you are, this ageist "beauty before health" slant overlooks the value of having your hair at all!



2. Be careful how you style your hair :

             Some styles that require tight pulling and elastics, clips etc can be a cause of hair loss if done on a daily basis. For example, tight ponytails, braiding tightly, corn-rows, and plaits, can lead to significant hair loss when done daily. Winding hair tightly onto rollers, especially heated rollers, is also liable to cause more hair loss. The medical name for loss of hair due to hairstyles that are too tight is known as "Traction Alopecia" and it is completely preventable as a cause in and of itself! Be careful with layering styles that lose a lot of your hair. If you're already experiencing hair loss, don't speed it up by having the hairdresser remove more hair! However, careful layering can actually create a fuller look to the hair. Hair that is too long and all one length can pull the roots flat to the scalp and make the hair thinner.

3. Wash your hair properly on regular basis:


                 Clean hair is a healthy hair.Wash your hair 2-3 times a week is quiet essential. The way in which you wash your hair and the products that you use affect a lot. While washing your hair take care that you apply shampoos that you use to scalp and not to hairs actually because applying too much shampoos might dry out your hair. Make sure you apply conditioner to hair length and not to the scalp. Use more conditioner as compared to shampoo.This not only add shine to your hair but keep them healthy and clean.

4. Provide proper nutrients to your hair :


                 Apart from applying various stuffs on your hair there are certain things that your body should have, to ensure proper growth and health i.e amino acids, biotin and various other things. For these nutrients its essential to have healthy food like carrot as much as you can,beetroot these vegetables are just boon to our hair. Having eggs,fishes and crabs helps too. Make sure you eat atleast one fruit daily,let it be any thing.
Don't ever leave your breakfast since its quiet essential.

5. Oiling:

                 Oiling is very essential part of our hair.While oiling its important that you massage your hair lightly with your fingertips. Its stimulates blood flow at the scalp. Always oil your hair lightly i.e do not apply more amount of oil. Its important to prepare oil mask for your hair at least once in a week. While applying oil just heat it up lightly because hot oil open ups pores of your scalp due to which they can absorb it properly. Do oil your hair at least once in a week, if you want you can wash it in 2 hours as well.

5. Hydration and sleep:


                     The more hydrated your are the more healthier your hair looks. Some useful tips:

  1. Drink at least 6-7 glass of water in a day.
  2. Drink different fruit juices.
  3. Take atleast 8 hrs of sleep.
  4. Do not brush your hair when its wet.
  5. While sleeping always comb your hair. It helps in hair growth.
  6. In sun do not bare head since UV rays affects your hairs too.
  7. Do not sleep with your hairs open because it causes breakage of your hair.
  8. Always get regular trims to promote hair growth.
  9. Eats lots of nuts.

if you are losing your hair you must consider hair transplant in abu dhabi but In order to be considered for transplant surgery, you must have a significant amount of good quality existing or 'donor'.

Thanks for sharing such a nice thoughts, But in my opnion hair transplant treatment in Dubai is the only permanent solution
