Control hair loss due to stress | How to manage Stress level.


             Major reason of hair loss now a days are because of stress. Our life seem to be so busy and stressful that some times we understand that we are having stress, but we are actually helpless about it.Its not just your story but of everyone including me. Frankly speaking guys no medicines and no treatment is going to work to prevent your hair loss due to stress until and unless you are owe to maintain your stress level. I would like to share some of my techniques to manage your stress level.

1.You must always be satisfied what you have, trust me by taking stress you are not going to achieve anything but may lose many things. Try to convience yourself that you are satisfied,and ultimately you will end up with less stress and more healthy hairs.

2.Whenever you are stressful just listen to your favourite song very slowly with a smile on your face.Trust me it works

3.You should go for yoga early morning meditation might work. I understand doing yoga an all its really difficult you can even close your eyes n count 1 to 100 in a reverse manner.
4.Excercise regularly,since doing excercise blood circulation keeps you fit and eliminates stress

4 You should take atleast 8 hrs of sleep. Since it keeps our mind fresh and ultimately landing up with a less stress.

5.Take a oil massage and rest for at least half and hour and wash off properly.Try to be calm and relax.
